From August 29 to 30, the 2025 Chianti Academy China Shanghai Session was organized successfully at the Westin Shanghai Hotel, offering a high-standard, professional knowledge event for the wine industry.     2025 Chianti Academy China - Shanghai Session   Lecturer of Shanghai session: Mr. Stephen Li Jointly organized by the Consorzio Vino Chianti and Interwine, it attracted many wine practitioners. Senior lecturer Stephen Li hosted the session, exploring the Chianti region's history, terroir, grape varieties, and food-wine pairing with clarity and depth.        The tasting session featuring 22 Chianti wines from its seven sub-regions and Vin Santo, showcasing the region's distinct flavors and charm.
