Appendix I: Wine Presentation Programme (WPP)

Wine samples: Provided by the exhibitors
Duration: 45minutes-60minutes
Implementation:
Step1: Company & Wines Presentation by PPT + Officer’s explication (10-15 minutes)
Step2: Wine tasting + specifying (25-30 minutes)
Exhibitors choose and present their proud wines (Maximum 12 different bottles of wine in total) and serve the attendees （distributors, purchasers from Hotel & Resorts and Media) on spot，and at the same time, speaker specifies the wine that are being tasted.
Step3: Question & Answer，Interview& Photograph (10-15minute)
